Privacy Policy

Pace Invaders. Last updated 24 August 2026.

The short version. The game keeps everything on your headset. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and nothing about you is sent to us. We could not sell your data if we wanted to; we never receive any.

1. What the game stores

Your progress (gold, best scores, streaks, settings, aim calibration and the safety-notice acknowledgment) is saved in your browser's local storage, on your device. It never leaves the device. Clearing the browser's site data deletes it.

2. What the game does not do

3. The camera and your room

The game uses your headset's passthrough view so you can see your real treadmill. That camera image is processed entirely on the headset by its operating system. The game never receives, stores or transmits camera images of your room.

4. Purchases

If you buy additional worlds, the transaction is handled by Meta's billing platform. Meta processes the payment under its own privacy policy; we receive confirmation that a purchase was made, not your payment details.

5. Children

The game is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, children included, because it does not collect information at all.

6. Changes

If the game ever starts collecting anything (for example, optional leaderboards), this policy will say so plainly before it happens, and the date above will change.
